[amsat-bb] Falconsat-3 and APRS HT's?

Bob, All,
FalconSat has been fun so far, I have made several QSO's with K0FFY and
NB3T via FalconSat-3, with an Arrow and D72. Here are some setup
instructions that several people helped me put together:
