Good to head about your satellite project and its progress.

As for automatic antenna controlling of antenna and IC-9100H, do take a look at WXtrack.  We have used this successfully for a few amateur ground station setup here and we are happy with its flexibility and ability to switch as scheduled automatically (although you need the paid version to unlock this feature).

WXtrack communicates with the IC-9100H directly but requires WISPDDE to communicate with the LVB tracker.  Both software works fine on Windows 7 - we have not tested this on Windows 8 or 10 yet.
