[amsat-bb] Has anyone made a satellite QSO with an orbiting ISS astronaut?

Ken Ransom might recall more details, but it was tried with AO-51 and I
think the astronaut was Doug Wheelock. If I recall correctly he heard the
satellite, and was heard through the satellite, but no QSOs were completed.
The Doppler is "interesting" as you can imagine. AO-91 would be a good
candidate for a repeat attempt.

Has anyone ever had a successful two-way QSO with an orbiting ISS astronaut
through an amateur radio satellite transponder?
