[amsat-bb] SatPC32 parking frequency?

I double checked and as far as I know I don't have either of the
symptoms you described. I did run into the object problem under WISP32
and changed it to one number less to prevent the conflict.
When I run the same keps under WISP32 I get the correct readings with
the beacon set to 146.520 and -0 Doppler. So it is working correctly
Since it seems to work for you and seeing your display, I'm doing
something wrong. So will investigate further. You attachment indicates
it should work, so it is something on my end.
The only time there is a frequency limitation that I know of is when you
go under CAT and try to make a change. There is a frequency limitation
