Thanks Paul, I've changed it so that my tracking software automatically downloads nasabare.txt from Amsat.

All working nicely now.

AMSAT publishes them. The currently available keps are a week old.
Those should be adequate. They are generally updated once a week or


NO-83, NO-84, and AO-85 were all launched as secondary payloads on
classified missions, so Space Track does not publish keps (and since
CelesTrak uses Space Track as its source, it won't have them either).
