[amsat-bb] Ic-910 and SO-50

Hi Art,
SO-50 requires a 74.4 Hz sub tone on the uplink signal to be activated 
and a 67.0 Hz sub tone to be worked.
SatPC32 can set both tone frequencies.  Click the "T" control (in the 
uppler left part of the main window) to "T2" to select the 74.4 Hz tone 
and switch the radio to TX for a few seconds to activate the sat. Then 
click the  control to "T1" to set the 67.0 Hz tone. It the sat is active 
use only T1. With satellites that don't require a sub tone the functions 
are disabled.
