[amsat-bb] Funcube warehouse error

Computer date is controlled by atomic clock time. The fix given by changing https to http worked. I've used that bookmark ever since the bird started transmitting telemetry. It just failed today. The program did not fail sending my telemetry to the server. I could not check my ranking or number of frames received by looking at the website.
