[amsat-bb] AO-73 to FO-29

I have heard that a few times.

A month or so ago, I was talking to AC0RA on FO-29 one night when the
beacon started coming up right under us.

What would be really neat is to decode the telemetry that way, though I
doubt you'll ever hear it strong enough to do so.
