Don’t think the issue was QST (which almost always arrives according to schedule)…however, CQ’s print publications have been being delivered later and later over the last year or so. Obviously they’re having problems as they’ve now shifted several pubs over to electronic form only and I think CQ itself is their only remaining print publication.
