Dear All,

Had two passes of Compass-1 this morning as below:

1001 Local, 0201 UTC, 21 degrees
1137 Local, 0337 UTC, 16 degrees

Attempted to uplink the usual command cycle, but unfortunately nothing was
heard this time. Its seems that around this two time period, the
satellite's solar panel does not seem to be getting any sun. This might
explain why Delfi-C3 is always off over West Malaysia except during 0900
Local or 0100 UTC passes.

I will keep on trying when time permits and report to the BB. I wish all
the best to the Compass team on their recovery efforts.

Below are four recordings of CUTE-1.7+APD II and SEEDS this morning. Sorry
for the long interruption of my telemetry contribution. This was due to a
PSU failure, unfortunately.

(Not full pass, as the passes overlaps COMPASS-1, which I have gave
priority to)

18 August, 0215 UTC, 24 degrees, CUTE-1.7+APDII

18 August, 0350 UTC, 13 degrees, CUTE-1.7+APDII

18 August, 0220 UTC, 33 degrees, SEEDS

18 August, 0354 UTC, 9 degrees, SEEDS
