*If* the plan is to use the Siren as an SDR engine, then bandwidth is
limited to something less than 48k. It's unclear how much if any of the EC
processing could live on the Siren alone. Turbo coding almost certainly
couldn't.

I'm embarrassed to say I'm totally confused about what the Part 97 or
Satellite Service bandwidth restrictions would be on 2m and 70cm.
