Here are links to the Incident Command System documents that I studied for

The National Response Team home page is at http://www.nrt.org.  The pages
load a bit slowly.

 

There are other Incident Command Systems that have been tailored to specific
agency needs but have evolved over the years to be generally 90% compliant
with the national level documents.
