[keps] Changes to AMSAT KEPs as of 8-28-08

The following chnages have been made to the AMSAT KEPs:

1.  CO-65 (CUTE1-7) Cat # 32785 has been moved to the digital satellite 
section. CO-65 is soon to have its digipeater activated.

2. Seeds Cat # 32791 has been renamed to CO-66.

3. CANX-2 Cat # 32797 has been dropped (non-amateur).
