The problem is that this off-line list now has has ~18 addressees.
Adding eagle at amsat.org (now making ~19 addressees) causes a "rules"
violation that requires manual intervention by a moderator (I presume =
Paul, KB5MU). The obvious fix is to quit mailing to the long list!
