AMSAT-NA VP Operations, Drew KO4MA says that AO-51 is now running
two FM repeaters to support contacts by the Boy Scouts celebrating
their 100th anniversary this week.

The second repeater is available for Scouting stations, and when
not in use by the Boy Scouts, low power stations are welcome. We
define low power as 10 watts or less, AND omni or handheld antennas
only:

Uplink: 145.880 MHz FM for Scouting contacts
Downlink: 435.150 MHz FM for Scouting contacts
Downlink Power 450 mW

The main repeater is still open for general traffic. The 67 Hz PL
access testing continues on this repeater:

Uplink: 145.920 MHz FM for general contacts
Downlink: 435.300 MHz FM for general contacts
Downlink Power 470 mW
