Test transmission ARISSat-1

February 9, 2011 will test transmission of amateur radio satellite ARISSat-1
(call RS1S) the ISS. Voice messages, telemetry and SSTV will transmit on
frequency 145.950 MHz in FM mode. The test transmission will be 2-3 days.

February 16 during an output of astronauts in outer space will be launched
amateursatellite ARISSat-1 (Cedar). Astronaut after switched power on the
satellite will expect a command from mission control center to launch into
orbit, when confirm receive satellite signals on the ground. So please to
all amateurs who received the satellite signals, call and tell about it by
