I monitor 145.800 quite a bit, but haven't heard it. When you hear it, is it any any particular time of day? I'll try to listen for it more.

If its of any interest, I too hear it all the way down here in EL96 
(between Naples and Fort Myers) and I have heard it on past occasions.
