THIS IS SAD NEWS indeed. My heartfelt thoughts
and prayers go out to Art's family and friends.
Many of us in the greater D.C. area recognize
Art's selfless support of our local annual
AMSAT meetings too. Art was an experimenter.
He always seemed to be tweaking and testing
some hardware or software thing having to do
with Amateur Radio in general or in Amateur
Satellites in particular.
I could count on Art to offer a top-notch
presentation in many a spring time meeting.
