Just curious: If a person just let a preprogrammed CQ cycle run
endlessly on HF, wouldn't that be an enforceable offense under FCC regs?
Isn't this an equivalent situation? 

How about a postcard from an ARRL Observer or the AMSAT equivalent (if
there is such a thing)?
