[amsat-bb] ISS ping box

I have done a bit of work with APRS on the Raspberry Pi as a battery
powered mobile setup with Xaster. It had a 4in touch screen which made it
practical only for emergencies. I think a headless SatGate would be a
better use for an RPi.
