[amsat-bb] SatPC32 parking frequency?

Go figure. I just brought SatPC32 back up this morning and now it is
working fine. I ran just its keps, then added it with the other
satellites and it is still working. In any case, it appears to be
working fine now. Not going to mess with it unless it goes away. Right
now, I have the fake Geos sitting at about 3.5 degrees. I figure if I do
put up my arrays, they'll stay low for local use.

Thanks again Alan for your help and the others that chimed in.
