[amsat-bb] SatPC32 parking frequency?

It's a thought. I don't mind the sat mode as long as the idle
frequencies and modes are the ones (2 meter and 70cm) are the ones I
want to continue to monitor when not tracking an active satellite. I
believe SATpc does allow prioritizing the satellites in the SQF files,
so that could work making the fake geo bird a lower priority. WISP32 use
to allow you to do this and use a priority number. However, using SATpc
to control the rig now.
Still use WISP32 for a fast check on in range satellites. However, it
goes flaky on Windows 10 64-bit sometimes and I have to renter at least
one satellite and the rest show back up. It appears to be how the new
registry is used by WISP32.
Will experiment some and see what I come up with.
