[amsat-bb] First ISS SSTV pictures are received!

Heard the transmission on the 21;30z pass over Oregon. (no pictures, though....it's been awhile since I used MMSTV, so I screwed settings up !! breaking out the instructions)
Next pass almost overhead at 23:03
