[amsat-bb] AO-85 downlink

We are in a part of the orbit where there is very little (or no) time when
there is not some sun shining on AO-85 as you can see from your favorite
orbit prediction program. You can also see from the telemetry that the
temperature is higher, and this seems to lower the frequency.
