There was a special ANS197 and 197Acted text) that went to the website from
me. I never saw it go into the BB and I sent it twice.
This mornings ANS-200 will carry the corrected copy.

Hello Greg and the BB,
There is an announcement on the front page of the AMSAT web site about the
ballot problem. There will also be an announcement in this week's ANS. A
new colored, ballot with correct instructions is being sent out and will be
the one counted.
