Luc and all,
My apologies for not posting this sooner. Here is the full list of operators - NOTE that we only have 11 of the 13 colonies active. If there is ANYone in Connecticut or Delaware who can work some passes, please contact me off the BB. Thank you.
K2D-CT....NOT currently active on the satellites
K2E-DE....NOT currently active on the satellites
K2J-NC....ND9M, operating as K2T - See note below
K2T/Mobile-NC (Will count as a contact for North Carolina on Certificate)
