Actually, according to Dan Henderson, N1ND - ARRL Regulatory Information
Manager - Field Day Manager you are only allowed one QSO per FM satellite in
the ARRL rules.

I asked for and got an "official" clarification stating if you work L/U on
AO-51 then V/U would be a no-no, or vise versa.  The quote was "You can have
only one QSO per satellite .....  Doesn't matter how many transponders,
etc."

Thanks Drew.  I didn't make on L band last field day but will be set up 
again this year
and hope to make it.
