I just watched and recorded a pass of FO-29 over the US on my SDR-IQ. Recall FO-29 has a linear transponder with an input from 145.900 to 146.000. There were some rather strong carriers that would roughly correspond to 145.920 or thereabouts. I'll try to better identify them and post a screenshot tomorrow. They did not look like the typical FM interference we see on the other end of the transponder.
Meanwhile, I'd like to ask everyone to take a listen on 145.920 around your local area, and maybe we will get lucky and find out what and where this QRM is coming from.

There definitely is something there.
