On the transponder readiness review meeting last year it was decided to
fly the SDX (Software Defined Transponder) for the UV-Mode.
One of the reasons was, that this would allow us to have LEILA and
STELLA functionality against the Alligators problem.
The SDX design by Howard Long G6LVB was also described in the AMSAT-DL
